Researching Ethnic Restaurants Marketing

The following are sources for my upcoming essay.  After visiting and observing Jason's Thai restaurant my essay will be talking about how ethnic Restaurants market or cater to people of all ethnicities and backgrounds.  The first source talks about the societal and cultural role of ethnic restaurants in our melting pot society.  The second source talks about the appeal of ethnic restaurants and the different perceptions of different ethnicities.  The third source is a part of also talks about the perceptions on food safety and how our perceptions impact our menu and restaurants choices.  

These will be an interesting read and helpful insight into how and what my essay will be about.
